What You'll Need to Apply

Timeline

If, on the off chance, you are not accepted into the volunteer program, you will be able to purchase your conference registration based on the rate at the date of your application. (i.e. if you are not accepted but applied in August you could purchase a registration at the early bird rate. If you applied in October, you would be charged the fall rate.)

Folk Alliance accepts only a limited number of volunteers. Filling out an application does not guarantee acceptance. If you are accepted as a volunteer you will receive an email with instructions on how to register for a conference pass at no charge.

Please add volunteer@folk.org to your address book so that you won't miss any emails concerning your volunteer shifts.

  Member Application (16 hours)
Member applications are currently WAITLISTED. You may still fill out the application and see if there are last-minute openings. You will be prompted to log in to your member account prior to filling out the application.

  Non-Member Application (22 hours)
Non-member applications are currently WAITLISTED. You may still fill out the application and see if there are last-minute openings.
