FAI offers first-timer artist & industry scholarships to attend the conference. In 2017, Folk Alliance awarded 125 first-timer scholarships. In addition, this year the Folk DJ community is offering the Gene Shay Folk DJ scholarship.

Artist scholarship applications will open on May 1, 2018 and will close on September 30, 2018.

Radio veterans from US and Canadian broadcast organizations, and one industry business representative.

  Donate to the Folk Alliance International scholarship fund.
