We will once again be using the Westin and Sheraton Crown Center hotels for all activity. Book now to reserve a room and avoid higher prices when our discounted room block is sold out.
The Westin is the official hotel for the conference. It is attached to the Crown Center shopping center and an easy indoor walk to Union Station.
Please do not overbook by reserving multiple rooms for friends, only to release rooms at the last minute, as this creates a scenario where people perceive the hotel to be sold out and may discover too late that rooms have become available.
The FAI room block is currently sold out at the Westin for all nights. The Westin has Suites available at a higher rate (not part of the room block) for Wednesday 2/15. There are regular rooms available at a higher rate (not part of the room block) for Sunday 2/19. All other nights at the Westin are completely sold out.
The Sheraton has room block rooms available for all nights except Thurs 2/16. The Sheraton has rooms available at a higher rate (not part of the room block) for all nights except Fri 2/17. updated January 19, 2017
The Sheraton is a five-minute indoor walk to the Westin. A civelimentary shuttle to and from the Westin is also available. All Music Camp classes are at the Sheraton.
