The 2019 conference theme, The Spirit of Creativity, will explore the artistic process from inspiration to innovation. Host city Montréal provides the perfect setting. The conference hotel, the Fairmont Queen Elizabeth, will be celebrating its 50th anniversary of John Lennon and Yoko Ono's bed-in, where they wrote "Give Peace a Chance."

Cancellation Policy

  1. Registration fees are refundable (minus a $50 handling fee) until December 31, 2018.
  2. Those canceling between January 1, 2019 and January 17, 2019, will receive dollar value credit toward the 2020 Conference (January 2020). Conference credits cannot be used toward membership fees nor do they guarantee future exhibit space.
  3. Unfortunately, there are no refunds or credits for cancellations after January 17, 2019, including due to illness or weather.
  4. There are no substitutions of participants allowed except in the case of company employees, which will be determined on a case-by-case basis by the Folk Alliance International office.
